Navigating lists of students

Throughout Career Central, you will come across lists of students that look a bit like this:

There are many ways you can navigate these lists to find the student/s you are looking for.

Using either the Previous and Next buttons or just the page buttons themselves, you can flip through each page of students.

You can reorder the list by any of the values in the list by clicking on the column headers. Say you want to order by Year level (as in this image), you will click on the box containing the title. Repeatedly clicking on the title will make the sorting alternate between ascending and descending (i.e. low to high, high to low). You can use this in combination with the page by page searching to do things like browse through the students alphabetically by surname, or by year level starting with your highest year level.

You can use the search bar in the top right of the list to search for specific students using any of the details displayed in the list. For example, in this list you could search by their school user ID, their first name, their email etc.
