Profile Setup Order

Here you will set up the order in which you would like students to see the pages. You can customise the programme so that different year levels see different pages. When you first sign up to Career Central the programme will come with a "standard" setup but you can change it to suit your needs.

When you click on a year level you will have the option to add pages from the "available pages" list into either the students "About Me" section or the "Next Steps" section. Simply drag and drop them.

If you want to remove pages just drag them back to the "Available Pages" column.

Just because the pages are there it does not mean you have to use them. We advise that you keep it simple and only show students pages you really want them to fill in. If you have too many pages students may be put off, especially if they don't think you are going to use the information.

For example since most year 10 students will be returning to school you may not want to show them the “My Plans” page. This will also apply to year 13’s who will not be returning.

You may feel it is too early for juniors to see the “Further Education page” or you might want to hide Gateway and Trades pages from them if they are not eligible to be involved in the programme.
