We might ask you to run this tool; if you are noticing that you have issues accessing websites such as Google


You need to:

  • Run the tool in Google Chrome
  • Run it when you are noticing that websites are running slowly
  • Run it over both wired internet (plug your laptop into the internet) and wireless internet
  • This could be run at say 9am if this is when you notice the network is going slow

We have noticed our network is running slowly. I completed a speed test at 9am on the ___.

I found my download speed was 3.1mb, and 1mbs upload on Wireless.  On wired, my speeds where the same.

Our school has 900 students at it.
