Student Engagement Emails

We have just rolled out the much-awaited student engagement engine on Career Central!

This feature has been in the pipeline for 2 years now, so we are excited to make it live!

What is the Student Engagement Engine?

We wanted students to take keeping their profile up to date into their own hands.  This is so that the information in Career Central can be more up to date, and more useful to staff.

How does it work?

Initially, we send out 3 emails over one week, once a student first logs in to Career Central.  This is to 'onboard' them as such, and tells them a few features of Career Central.

Then, we monitor how often a student logs into Career Central, and if after 1 - 3 months, they haven't logged in, we will send them an email asking them to update their details.

We plan on adding more features to the engine over the next few months, so if you have any ideas, we would love to hear from you!
