Choose all the Date columns. Hold (Ctrl on Windows, Command on Mac) and left-click the Date columns.
Right-click on the columns, then click Format Cells
Choose Date from Category,
English (United Kindom) as the Language (Location),
dd/mm/yyyy as the Type (14/13/2012 in the following picture), then click Ok and Save the modified Excel file.
