The student tab allows you to view your students’ profiles.
You can search for students by year level or by name using the search bar on the top LHS of your dashboard.
The student profile shows you the students contact details, files which you have uploaded to them, Interviews they have had, Skills, Personal Qualities, Career Values and Interests the student has selected as well as the subjects they are thinking about taking the following year. You can also login as the student if you choose to.
You will also see the events the student has been invited to and has attended, their intentions for the next year as well as any expressions of interest in Gateway, Trades or Taster courses.
As you scroll down you will see the occupations the student is interested in and by clicking on the occupation you will see whether or not the student has completed the “does this job suit me” page. This page gives you further information about the job, including further qualifications needed and recommended school subjects. This is useful for non-careers staff involved in academic conferencing. You can also see any 'job exploration' the student has done.
You will also see if the student is interested in any tertiary training providers and what job experience they have had related to the top 3 jobs in their jobs bank.
their intentions are for the following year.
When you write student interview notes you have the option to set them "tasks" to do. You will see the student tasks on their profile page and also under "lists".
Any files that have been uploaded to the student, including their Bulls-Eye report if they have completed the quiz will also be on their profile.
When students have completed a Bulls-Eye quiz you can also see the top 5 pathways recommended for them.
If the student is a Gateway or Trades student you will be able to see the details in the profile page.
Towards the bottom of the screen you will see the student Vocational Pathways Profile Graph.
The Pathway Graph is made up from data from your school management system, and data supplied from the MOE.
And lastly you can see files uploaded to students. This may be files uploaded to them by staff members or files they have uploaded themselves.
