The student tab allows you to view student’s profiles.

If you click on the 'year' column you can reorder the column by year level.

By clicking on "View" you will see the students profile. The profile shows you the students contact details, plus other information that has either been imported from your school management system (e.g. Kamar) or that they have entered about themselves.

You will also see events the student has been invited to if you are using our events feature to run your careers events.

As you scroll down you will see the occupations the student is interested and by clicking on the occupation you will see information about the job, including further qualifications needed and recommended school subjects. This is useful for non-careers staff involved in academic conferencing.Image Removed.

You can see any tertiary education providers the student has saved and what they intend to study as well as their intentions for the following year.

If they are involved in Gateway or Trades Academies you will see this on their profile.

You can also the students NCEA results and Vocational Pathways profile graph at the bottom of the screen. The pathways graph is made up of data from your school management system, and data supplied from the MOE.

Under the student tab you can also view all requests made by students and remove students who have left school.Image Removed
